We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Coordinator to join our growing team at PSI.

Position

  • Business Intelligence: Work closely with the marketing department to examine the potential revenue impact of various proposals. Review customer profiles and compile data to support market expansion.
  • Coordinate the delivery of projects and ensure projects/tasks are delivered to specifications and high standards on behalf of the sales team.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for the sales management team. The reports can include data on market performance, competitor analysis, and sales trends. Provide feedback on increasing revenue and eliminate weakness within the company’s sales ecosystem, meeting sales goals and improving marketing and promotional efforts in certain sectors.
  • Support Sales Manager by providing reports to help the sales team improve performance. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Provide/gather insights and review sales data to assist Sales Managers in developing revenue forecasts and projections.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data to identify sales trends and areas for improvement. Review market data additionally to identify where the company can increase its efforts to improve sales performance. Assist with developing and tracking key performance indicators to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making.

Required Skills

  • 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator
  • Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
  • Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply these skills to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00
